SHIPPING

We ship USPS Priority Mail 3-5 days after an order is received M-F.  You will receive a confirmation when your order has shipped.

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE

Should you decide to return (non sale item) item purchased online, we are glad to offer merchandise credit or exchange within 10 days of original sale toward a future purchase of Guilded Grey Jewelry. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to refund purchases. You must include our EXCHANGE / CREDIT form CLICK TO PRINT along with any item you would like to return for exchange or merchandise credit. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

REPAIRS

We are happy to offer complimentary repairs on any Guilded Grey within 60 days of purchase. Additional fees may be charged depending on cause or extent of wear. Please read and include the REPAIR FORM when shipping your item.

MATERIALS

Our products are made with various vintage brass stampings. All the chains and findings are new and plated in order to ensure the strongest quality possible. We use glass beads, crystals, rhinestones and leather in our designs. Please email with any questions.
